I was really surprised about the quality of the laptop, almost seems like a brand new laptop on the surface

Do you know none of your customer service links work and have not been working for at least three weeks?? I had a problem with this laptop which made me aware of this - there's absolutely no way of contacting you! No email, no phone number, just a link in the "Ask for help" section which logs me out at the point of clicking on "contact customer service" link. Absolutely rubbish and possibly even illegal. I will not be buying anything else from you which is a shame because I really like everything else about your company.

The laptop was delivered quickly and neatly. I really like the product itself, I'm happy that I bought it! There are some defects, but this does not affect the operation of the laptop. Thanks a lot! My dream came true thanks to you^^

The product came faulty and it has taken a week since it showed up for it to be taken away to be fixed. The customer service has been good from pelin and I am greatful for her but yoan was terrible and it felt like he was consistently challenging me or trying to excuse it all as backmarkets fault. If not for the service of Pelin this would be the worst review ever.

Great quality laptop, fantastic price, very fast delivery

The product was falsely advertised and did not have the specifications listed when I received it. After sending back the item I was promised another laptop by the seller, and after being told it was being sent I was then informed they decided to sell it to someone else at a better price and then stopped responding. To top it off they insulted me with a 5% discount code as “substitute”. Appalling shopping experience and I will never be buying from here again.

Hello, A beautiful appliance, which works perfectly. And as described. To my surprise, I was surprised by the absence of speakers. Only outputs sound via Bluetooth or connection to a TV or screen. Even the jack doesn't work. This is a black spot that I hadn't seen or paid attention to in the description. Otherwise, I'm perfectly happy with the way it's been used so far. Nothing to say. Product conforms to the order. Shipped "bulletproof" for shocks. The note "good condition" is justified. This purchase is in "excellent condition". It is made for the function I need. No regrets this product will not come back to you ;)

The computer was in very good condition, and the performance was excellent. The computer was very well packaged. The autonomy is average, but after all, given the components it is normal. All that's missing is a 2nd 1TB ssd to make it perfect (the storage fills up quite quickly).

The product is as described, however the storage was not emptied at all, there was still 600GB of data belonging to the previous owner.
