I am very happy with my refurbished phone. I am not happy with the way I receive the money back for my old phone. I don’t understand why the money could be paid to me on the card I paid with. I’m not happy giving my bank details and drinking licence information.

Pristine reconditioned iPhone 14 pro- works very well. Bit disappointed with battery life- it says 88% on the phone but it isn’t brilliant- runs out in a day of reasonable use.

Wasn’t impressed with the case. It is very flimsy at the bottom and kept catching on things. I was concerned that the phone was going to pop out of the case, so bought a better one for half the price.

Amazing quality, the slightest nick on the edge of the outside border but nothing else noticeable. Came with an iphone charger which is also great. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the battery life is at 80%, which i expected it to be low but not as low as that. Other than that can’t complain, i’m very happy!

Outstanding. I was a reluctant customer and did have reservations about the condition the phone would be in but, to my relief, the phone arrived within 2 days and the condition was immaculate. I opted for the middle option in terms of condition; the ‘good’ category and to be honest, I could not find a fault with the screen or the phone casing. Very impressed and now I know about this company I would never buy a new IPhone again. Well done Backmarkwt.

Well worth purchasing. The packaging was good.. actual screen protector no distortions and works well. Fitting the protector i found a tad fiddley kept sliding out of position, (my prob not the product). Once located into position and pressed to screen all good.

Case is great - does the job well and fairly low profile. A bit disappointed with the protective screen. Followed the instructions but it hasn’t adhered well around the edges. Still doing the job but not great aesthetically.

Great quality case, just slow arriving. I had the phone for 2 or 3 days before the case and screen arrived, which wasn’t ideal seeing as I’m prone to damaging phones! But very happy with the product- it came with step by step instructions on how to apply the screen protector which was super helpful:)
