Bought IPhone 14 Plus and I’m delighted with the condition of the phone. Chose the lowest quality reconditioned and only found one small mark on the case. Battery condition 85% so it lasts 2 full days on a charge. When my wife needs to replace her phone she will use back market as she was also impressed.

I must admit that I was a little dubious when I ordered a new iPhone 15, and even more so when I read some poor reviews after I had hit the "purchase" button, and then even more so when I realized I had inadvertently ordered one in "fair" condition. Oh no - what was going to arrive? To my relief, the phone that arrived was almost flawless. I found one tiny imperfection near the charging port that I really had to search closely for but otherwise there was not a mark on it. All functions I've tested so far show the phone is in fantastic order and the battery condition was 99% when I received it. Overall, I would recommend BackMarket and would buy from them again.

It’s a phone case. Nothing remarkable about it but it fits well, protects the phone bar the screen, and I’m happy enough with it, I got the screen protector on first time, which was the highlight for me as I’m usually a fumble-fingers, getting air/dust bubbles. Not this time though, hurrah! All in all, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would buy again, should I need to, but it seems sturdy enough for that to be unlikely.

Iphone 13, looks like new, my son is very pleased, battery last all day, if you buying phone for your teenager i definitely recommend to purchase insurance for 31f for a year. Well worth it, my son accidentally cracked his screen within 3 weeks of having new phone, luckily I had insurance, phone was fixed very quickly, and I have happy teenager again. I bought a phone and this popped up before I checked out, which was a handy lil upsell as the next thing I was going to do was get a case and screen protector. It’s all great. There is a tiny bulge in the top, which bugged me initially but I’ve gotten over it and I’ve dropped my phone a few times so I know the case and protector both do their jobs. Plus there was an extra screen protector, which I thought was a nice touch and good value. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this product has I’ve had phones in the past with out them and instantly regretted it due to dropping my phone. The case is a clear plastic that shows my phone off and the screen protector does what it should.

I had previously used a Samsung Galaxy and decided to change to an iphone so it could communicate smoothly with my Mac laptop. Finding a phone on Back Market was easier than I thought it would be and delivery was prompt and ecofriendly. The phone is in great condition together with screen protector and case. I had issues transferring data with apps and google being blocked and refusing to recognise my new phone but I found a phone person who spent 10 mins pressing buttons and resolved everything.
