Easy purchase, fast delivery, fabulous quality device. Not a mark on it. Works as new, great battery health and my partner loves it. He's a massive iPhone 8 fan. So it was great to get him one that's like new.

Ordering and delivery were very efficient and quick and I was absolutely delighted with my iPhone 8 Plus when I removed it from its packaging. It far exceeded all my expectations with regard to the condition. In fact it looks brand new! Everything is true to the description. Bought as a back up for my wife's phone so didn't mind buying a "fair" reconditioned model. I was somewhat surprised when. Backmarket sent a phone I have concluded was brand new. Nothing to make me think otherwise.....except the price! Well pleased.

My refurbished iphone was packaged really well and fitted into the letter box, so no need to 'attempt delivery', drive away or leave it outside. A spare charging cable was in the box too. The phone's condition is beautiful. No scratches or marks that I could see. A better condition than I was expecting, according to the sales description. It was easy an easy process, buying from Back Market and delivery was fast.

Bought this for partner as his was on its way out. To be honest I was a bit sceptical about refurbished having bought something before from another site and it been a complete waste. I have to say this is not the case with this phone it come in excellent condition and as close to brand new condition on the outside as you can get. Everything on the inside works perfect and i am over the moon with my purchase the other half is happier than I am. I’d definitely use this site again for anything really given that the phone is fantastic. Great service arrived well ahead of time and well packed. The iPhone 8 I ordered is like new. I’m very happy with it thank you. I had an iPhone 6s before and this one’s better. The accessory you sent was ok thank you but I just didn’t need another wire. So that’s the reason I’ve have scored that 4.9.

I purchased a iPhone 8 and was very pleased with the product as looked as if it was New. The reason bought was a gift for my mum as her iPhone was experiencing battery problems. I would recommend this company to buy refurbished products

The phone arrived in two days flat, securely packaged, with a new charge cable and the paperclip tool for the SIM tray. Condition was very good, with just a couple of small scratches on the edge. Unfortunately there was no SIM tray. Luckily I was replacing an identical phone with a broken screen, so I just transferred the old tray to the new phone. So it wasn't too big a problem for me, but it seems like quite an oversight, sending out a phone with an empty SIM tray slot.
