Really pleased with the iPhone, my 7 year old granddaughter wanted one for her birthday but I didn’t want to spend lots! This is ideal for her to play her games on, really pleased with the condition of the phone too!

The phone arrived in two days flat, securely packaged, with a new charge cable and the paperclip tool for the SIM tray. Condition was very good, with just a couple of small scratches on the edge. Unfortunately there was no SIM tray. Luckily I was replacing an identical phone with a broken screen, so I just transferred the old tray to the new phone. So it wasn't too big a problem for me, but it seems like quite an oversight, sending out a phone with an empty SIM tray slot.

I phone 8S. Was in as new condition, needed a charge and the battery seems to last a day if used lightly. Transferred from my old phone quickly and without glitches. For the price I’m really really pleased, thanks.

Phone arrived and allowed me to set it up before screen froze. Unfortunately I needed a phone that day so ended up paying for a software update which didn’t work and then a new screen. I know i could have sent it back but didn’t have the 7 odd days for a refund or replacement as I needed phone.

A couple of reviews I read scared me a bit but decided to trust the Back Market offers as described and I am honestly over the moon with two purchases I made . My first purchase was an iPhone 8 Plus and is really good I It came livery speedy like next day, I bought a fair condition … there’s nothing to complain about it really is that good in every way. The screen the body the battery “everything “ so I bought my neighbour an iPhone 6s to introduce him to the World of “Glass phones” as he calls them and again for an earlier iPhone model it is the same quality as mine. I really do recommend the Back market site and products there has been no bull thanks for my phones.

Very happy with my purchase (apart from Royal Mail not being able to deliver to my work place 🙄 after plenty of instructions) Came securely packaged; fully charged, with lead and rubber case 👍. Would definitely purchase from Back Market again 👍👍

Phone arrived in good time and was in very good condition as I chose the ‘good’ condition option, but was much better than just good. I always buy refurbished as much better value and Backmarket was a very good site with plenty of phones to choose from at reasonable prices. Didn’t have any issues so can’t comment on their customer service should problems arise.

I was skeptical at first about buying a refurbished phone but I am glad I did . It is a phone I hoped it to be and more . The screen is immaculate, battery is 100% I am very pleased with this purchase
