Phone arrived and allowed me to set it up before screen froze. Unfortunately I needed a phone that day so ended up paying for a software update which didn’t work and then a new screen. I know i could have sent it back but didn’t have the 7 odd days for a refund or replacement as I needed phone.

Very happy with my purchase (apart from Royal Mail not being able to deliver to my work place 🙄 after plenty of instructions) Came securely packaged; fully charged, with lead and rubber case 👍. Would definitely purchase from Back Market again 👍👍

I got this iPhone for my friend because someone had stole his mobile very recently so I got this quickly as a replacement. Firstly I love iPhone because all his contacts and photos were there when signing into his Apple ID! So much important photos were available including the ones of his new baby. The iphone itself was great. It's 'like new' lol not 'fair' absolutely spectacular not a singe scratch! For £100? Just great! I will be buying from you guys again! Battery seems good too also audio! I recommend

Absolutely love it! The button is a bit difficult to get used to after an old-fashioned button on previous devices. But that is just a design thing. Really enjoyed the experience with Back Market so far. Will definitely come back here when it is time. Thank you for great service and good quality products.

Excellent condition, I wanted a gold iPhone 8plus the colour is more rose gold but its OK as I will be getting a football vase for it as its for my grandson. Over all Excellent condition and fast delivery
