I bought a premium iPhone 16 on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday. It arrived very well packaged and with all the things that it needed to arrive. Apart from this they sent me a cable and guidelines about how to set up my new iPhone, which I loved it. In the details is love and good customer service. Now I can enjoy of my new iphone, don't be scared of by a refurbished iPhone, they look like new.

I ordered a premium quality black iPhone 16 over the August Bank Holiday weekend and it arrived by Wednesday 27th August so no complaints there. I even delayed delivery by a day as I wasn’t going to be in to sign for it on 26th. The phone is in new condition, in fact I believe it is unused.

I've bought refurbished phones and laptops a few times previously through Backmarket and never had an issue, and this time was no exception. Prompt delivery (within 2 days) and the iPhone was even better than expected. Impeccable condition (it was rated as "Excellent") and when checked upon receipt, the battery health is great with max capacity 100% and a low cycle count. Very happy.

I was really pleased with my purchase. I have never bought a refurbished phone before but I can highly recommend. Backmarket were great suppliers and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

This device is absolutely flawless! It works perfectly fine, with no flaws or negatives. I couldn’t tell it wasn’t brand new at all. The battery is also at 100%. It was a big upgrade, and I’m very happy with my purchase. All my family members are big customers of BackMarket, so after many recommendations, this was my first purchase. The process was very quick and hassle-free. I sent back my old phone, and they were more than happy to pay the amount promised. It also feels like I made a difference by not buying a brand new device (sustainable point of view). Buy smartly, people!

Arrived quickly. My iPhone was as described; in Good condition. I spotted to tiny white marks, one on the corner of the body (covered by a case) and one on the lens housing ( covered by some black felt tip pen) Battery condition was at 100%. A fantastic phone.....and I do believe that I'm getting much nicer phone calls.

The service was outstanding! 🤩 I traded in my old phone and received the new one smoothly. The entire process was easy to follow and well-tracked through the website. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I especially appreciated the website's design, clean, intuitive, and user-friendly. I’d definitely recommend Backmarket and will happily use it again in the future.

True to condition, back market are so accommodating to their customers. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I traded in my old phone and the process was so straightforward- I’m really happy with my purchase!!
