5/5I got the phone in 'excellent condition', as I wasn't sure what to expect from the 'good' one. The phone was perfect. It just amazes me that someone can buy a phone brand new and scratch it so easily. 4.5/5Back market is great, but royal mail delivery is awful as on traking showed 3 delivery attempts but they lied, i never got a card trough my letter box, and when i went to the local post office they couldn’t give me the parcel without the card wich i supposely got trough my letter box. 4.8/5I'm so glad that I went with backmarket for this purchase, my phone arrived in pretty much brand new condition as far as I can tell- it's beautiful! I feel like I got a complete steal here with the price 😍 Shipping was a lot faster than I anticipated too. My only wee gripe was that my phone was packed with the wrong charging cable (lightning instead of USB C). Luckily I already had a USB C charger, but it's just something to look out for. 4.4/5Phone arrived in excellent condition, like new. No scratches or marks. 100% battery. I was able to track my order on the Back Market app. I would have given 5 stars but only because the cable included with the phone was not USB C to USB C. Instead a USB C to USB A cable was included and I had to order a cable for my Apple charger on my own.
