I first learned about the back market on TikTok I was a bit skeptical, but I downloaded the app and I read so many reviews and I said I’ll give it a try. It was very easy to order. I receive my order in 2 working days. I received my order in a box with Manuel a charger. Also the key I ordered the iPhone 14, 128 GB color purple I could not believe my eyes. It did not look refurbished. It look like a brand new iPhone not a scratch came with 100% battery I charge my battery every two days. I am very pleased very happy with my iPhone 14 from the back market thank you back market. I will recommend friends and family, and I will also be using back market in the future for my phones once again back market, thank you

Although I like new technology and gadgets I have never wanted to buy any technology product ‘brand new’ preferring to wait a while until all the ‘bugs’ had been ironed out. This is why my previous phone was a refurbished iPhone XR, which I was very happy with and had served my purposes for a few years. However as with any piece of technology it shows its age after a while which my iPhone XR was now showing. Time to change. New phones are ridiculously expensive in my opinion so I scoured the market for a decent refurbished second hand phone. Came to Back Market and saw that the prices for a refurbished iPhone 14, a good jump up from my XR, was within my budget. I was not disappointed. A great phone, in excellent condition with 92% battery, and a good price! Now protected with a decent case & screen protector. What’s not to like? I would definitely buy again from Back Market. My iPad 9th gen is getting a bit tired ……..

Phone arrived when it was supposed to. iPhone 14 was in excellent condition. First time I’ve bought something that was refurbished. I will definitely buy from Back Market again. I’ve already told family and friends about the great prices.

Bought a refurbished iPhone 14 with a new battery. Phone works exactly as expected, is in really good condition, and was delivered quickly. Extras sent that were not ordered, eg a phone case. Great experience, would recommend

So far, my ‘new’ IPhone 14 seems fantastic and I’m really impressed with BackMarket! It arrived very quickly and was in immaculate condition and for a very reasonable price - in fact much more reasonable than the site I would usually purchase a reconditioned phone from. my daughter needed a new iPhone having purchased on back market before it was a no brainer! I chose fair as she asked for an iPhone 14 & I new she needed more storage, hence getting 256gb rather than 64gb which she had previously. The phone did have some scratches on glass, which is what I would expect for it being "fair". It doesn't look like it effects the screen at all. excellent service as received the phone today earlier than expected- bonus! I haven't given her the "surprise" yet so hopefully all will be great as it usually I'd.

I am so pleased with the condition of this refurbished iPhone 14. I chose a phone with more GB storage and good condition and the phone only had a very minor scratch on the body- hardly noticeable and I will be using a case anyway. Phone came with a battery life of 86% as well. definitely worth getting a 2nd hand phone from Back Market instead of new.

Absolutely loving my new refurbished phone from Backlist. The website was so easy to Navigate, an amazing amount of choice for all budgets and great customer service. Received my iPhone 14 expecting a few marks on it, but not a mark anywhere like brand new, works perfectly fine, 88 percent battery, well worth the money, thank you, would definitely recommend back market for refurbished phones, delivered very quickly,
