    I purchased the phone in “good condition” and received a phone which worked fine but had scratches on the screen which means it is “fair condition”. Nothing terrible, but noticeable, and not the grade I paid for. Was offered £60 compensation or to return the phone. I needed the phone so didn’t want to return it. However, the compensation was lower than the £85 price difference between “good” and “fair” condition. This means that the seller pockets £25 for having sold a phone that was the wrong grade. Backmarket said they would try to get more compensation, but then reverted back to me to say they couldn’t compensate more than £60 as this went outside of policy. Unless Backmarket policy changes compensation to match the difference in grade prices, then they are continuing a situation where customers who can’t afford to return a phone get penalised for the seller’s mis-grading. Please fix this to avoid accidental or unscrupulous sellers taking advantage. Sellers could try and get away with mis-grading to make an extra £85, knowing that the worst they will get is a return, and even if the customer does complain, they still make an extra £25.     I bought a reconditioned phone from Back Market and traded in my old phone.The phone arrived as described and the trade in was verified and the money sent to my bank account. There was no problems at all.

    I love my new iPhone 14, it is in fab condition can’t fault the phone at all. The only thing I was disappointed with, was that it didn’t come in it’s original packaging, I know they don’t all come with the Apple box but the amount of money I paid for a nearly new phone I expected an apple box. Delivery and communication were excellent.

    Recently, I bought an iPhone 14. I am not sure why sometimes the screen is frozen. I am still trying to figure it out. Overall, I love this iPhone.It has a great camera, and working great. Highly recommended.😀

    I am very pleased with the condition of my iPhone 14 from Backmarket, described as good but I can’t find a mark on it! My only regret is that I didn’t go for the iPhone 15 which has a much better camera, the 14 has the same camera as my previous XR but I guess it’s now too late to do anything about it!

    The iPhone 14 is good, only 2 lenses therefore inferior to the iPhone 12Pro. Siri doesn’t answer when called, only by pressing the button. Also, event tickets don’t add into the wallet.So I wouldn’t go for the basic iPhone 14, better the Pro or Pro Max.

    received the iPhone 14 in blue. I had ordered the red one but for some reason this was not available when it came to despatch. Someone from Backmarket phoned to ask if I would accept a blue one instead of the red one and I said yes. As compensation Backmarket sent me a case and screen protector free of charge. I have been very pleased with the whole transaction including the trade in of my Iphone, which Backmarket made very simple and straight forward.

    Ordered a pristine iPhone 14 and that’s what I got- excellent condition and battery at 97% from new so very happy. Arrived earlier than anticipated but just a shame the delivery driver thought it was ok to simply leave the package on the front doorstep in full view rather than knock on the door! Thankfully I was in at the time and got it!

    Extremely happy with iPhone 14 was like a new one absolutely over the moon. Couldn’t recommend back market anymore brilliant service thank you. Will be coming back for another one in a couple of months.
