I was a little sceptical about what would turn up when I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my son's iphone 11, but thought it was worth a try. We opted for the 2nd highest grade, we would have gone for the highest grade but it wasn't available on the model we wanted. The phone arrived in perfect condition. The battery health states 100%. Definitely a great choice to buy refurbished, like many teenagers he is not the most careful with his phone, it gets dropped and the screen protectors get smashed quite quickly. I didn't want to fork out on a 3 yr new contract if I didn't need to on a phone that will likely be dropped pretty quickly. Taking a chance on Back Market has paid off and I will definitely use them again. They have even offered £35 trade in on the old iPhone 11 which doesn't take photo's anymore due to cracked lenses. Win win!

absolutely perfect!! i ordered the iphone 12 pro in good condition and there are ZERO faults. the phone feels as if it’s brand new; it’s not slow, battery life is as it should be and there are no visible scratches to the eye!! i was sceptical ordering refurbished phones but this has definitely changed my view on this. no complaints!! 10/10

I opted for the iPhone 12 Pro in ‘fair’ condition. Phone arrived in Superfast time and I was surprised to find it in excellent condition. Back market have given me a generous trade in on my old one. This is the third phone I’ve had from them. All in all first rate service and product.

Cannot believe this iphone 12 is REFURBISHED IT LOOKS LIKE BRAND NEW …Seriously my first purchase from Back Market , and kinda expected decent quality from reviews (I research every buying option, before purchasing) . Scrutinised 6 other companies offering similar product, with same specs (memory size etc) and chose this as it was lowest price and have been really surprised that the iPhone 12 pro is without flaw!

It’s was better than what I thought. It’s a good buy and battery is 100% even with the standard level I choose.

After having to return an iPhone 11 Pro to another well-known "used tech" store, because they clearly don't "refurbish" phones and sold me a "B" grade item with only 77% battery health, I decided to check reviews of companies that sell properly refurbished phones. This led me to Back Market as they seem to be very responsive to customer queries, clearly are proud of their reputation and aim to help customers with any problems. Although the warranty on my iPhone 12 Pro is only for one year (as opposed to 5 years offered by the other store) I felt more confident that this phone would last me a good while. It arrived, with FREE delivery, very quickly, well-packaged and the phone was without any obvious signs of use, despite not being the top grade, and with a battery health of 86% (which keeps its charge for a good while). This phone is a better model than the one I returned, but cost the same price. It works very well and I'm very pleased with the service I have received (so far) from Back Market.

Well I was very sceptical about buying reconditioned but after reading reviews and comparing prices and they come up trumps every time..received in excellent condition and opted for a new battery too..one very happy son and will def be back again thank you..even traded his old one in and got £80 back..brilliant 👍

This was my first purchase on Back Market and It has exceeded my expectations. The iPhone 12 Pro was in excellent condition, with no visible evidence of being previously owned. It seems like it’s new, straight out of the box. It functions well with battery capacity at 80%. Suffice to say I’m very happy with my purchase.

quality of the product more than met our expectations again!! this is not the first product we have purchased. The customer service is prompt and extremely helpful and supportive. Delivery is quick. will order again from back market (but hopefully not soon!!🤪)
