I ordered reconditioned 11 pro 256GB with new battery. Arrived when they said it would received so many emails telling me status updates. When I switched it over the only issue I had was it stated does not recognise the battery so it’s not an authentic Apple battery. Mum using it and so far so good but a little concerned about the message about the battery as noticed the phone got very hot at the back when we charged it as it was only at 37% when I turned it on despite including a new battery.

This is my second purchase from back market and I’m extremely happy. Delivered on time and the phone came in good packaging . Will definitely recommend to others . I’m currently looking at a 3rd purchase very shortly.

Buying a refurbished phone on BackMarket was easy & I have done it a number of times now, much better than the expense of new. The lengthy bit was getting payment for a Trade-In phone, a lengthy process, be better to take less payment with the phone purchase with the full amount authorised if U find the trade-in quality is poor, then take the remainder. Quicker I would think. But I would definably buy another refurbished iPhone from BackMarket again. But not sure the Trade-In was worth the hassle giving driver licence & inside leg measurement taking weeks of messages for £15 ! But our Refurbished iPhone 11 Pro is Great, Thanks.

I have ordered two phones last week, including this iPhone 11 Pro. It's quite good and looks very new. I am happy with the purchase. The other one is not that good in condition. i.e the power button is worn out and many scratches. I am hoping to return it. Hopefully, they can change me to a good condition one...

I love the phone, the speakers are a bit iffy but the functionality is superb! Transferring from my android was extremely easy, the device quality lives up to its reputation and the back market refurbish team is to thank for that. It was easy to find a used iPhone to replace my ageing iPhone 6S. The iPhone 11 Pro in “good” condition with a new battery seemed good value. It arrived well within the delivery estimate, was well packaged. The screen looked perfect and there was perhaps one small scratch on the back. It was just over 50% charged which wasn’t a problem but I did wonder why it didn’t have a full charge. All the features that I have used seem to work well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered a 'good' quality iphone 11 pro and didn't pay extra for the battery. It has no signs of wear on it, connects quickly and charges well, so extremely pleased. It was an awesome upgrade from my old iphone 8!
