I ordered a 'good' quality iphone 11 pro and didn't pay extra for the battery. It has no signs of wear on it, connects quickly and charges well, so extremely pleased. It was an awesome upgrade from my old iphone 8!

For someone who buys brand new for myself and 4 kids , won’t be doing that again. The phone I purchased for myself is no different than a new one. The condition and quality are pretty much matched and above all the price is brilliant , especially in today’s economic decline . It would be ridiculous to buy brand new again …Keep up the fab work guys great service.

Upon purchase there was a defect in the order in that it was unable to register my or any other sim card. However when I finally got around to sending it back for repairs it was fixed and returned to me days in advance, which was extremely convenient and impressive. Thank you.

Back market had been recommended by a friend and so I was not so skeptical about my purchase. I was impressed by the quality of the phone. It looked new. I have had it for over a week now and I have zero problems with it. The delivery was fast and straightforward. I was kept informed throughout. Service delivery was excellent. I'll be buying from Back market again very soon.

Item as described and despatched quickly. The only slight criticism I would make is that I wish Backmarket recorded the battery in the listing - when I received phone it’s battery health was 94% and as I was about to go travelling think I would have bought new battery at same time had I known. Otherwise v happy, would recommend to friends & family.

Item arrived 2 days ahead of scheduled delivery. I had timed my purchase to coincide with my return to my property. Good news on prompt delivery but had to contact a neighbour to take early delivery. This did not cause any issues but may have caused non delivery issues. All in all a great deal though. I am delighted with the outcome.

I have been very pleased with the quality of the phone; this is my 3rd attempt to buy one that actually works -the first two from two different resellers. The first one didn’t take videos and the volume down button didn’t work; the second one the sound quality was awful. So 3rd time lucky with Back Market. Everything seems to work well, and the condition is, I would say, better than “very good”.
