I am rating it four stars, overall I am pleased with my purchase, I'm knocking off a star due to not receiving a genuine Apple keyboard and mouse. I bought an excellent grade iMac 2023 for an amazing price. However cannot lie and want to express my very slight disappointment regarding the generic keyboard and mouse that came with it, just feel that it's a shame that these weren't included as part of the "excellent" grade. I will be purchasing from BackMarket in the future though.

I have had the iMac for a couple of weeks now and it's a case of so far so good. It came in its original box with the Apple keyboard and mouse. The iMac itself and all the peripherals look like they have hardly been used and everything booted up and worked perfectly first time.

The ordering and payment were fine. I picked the iMac up from the Post Office. I had to charge up the keyboard and mouse. I did the OS update and installed my programmes and apps. All worked seamlessly. the screen is clear and bright. All in all an excellent purchase and excellent customer service.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering, really well packaged. Despite being in 'good' condition it looks brand new - zero signs of wear and the screen is immaculate. Can't fault it. Have migrated my old Mac onto it and have been using it daily for 2 weeks, and have had no issues, apart from it's so fast I don't have an excuse to play with the cat whilst waiting for InDesign to boot up. Cat not happy. Would definitely buy from them again. 10/10

The mac is superb but the keyboard and mouse were just cheap and nasty but functional I have an apple keyboard and mouse so it’s not and issue It stated 8GB memory but in fact had 16GB - someone had upgraded it so that was a result

The iMac is excellent, but it was not supplied with an Apple mouse and keyboard - the one it came with only has a key for $ none for £ or Euro. Pretty useless for one dealing in Europe! Other than this i would be delighted.

My first time of purchasing an item with Back Market and the experience was smooth and problem free. I also love the iMac and everything is working as it should. I will definitely come back here if I need anything else in the future.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product supplied and how quickly it arrived. I have purchased from Back Market before and have always been satisfied. It seems that this product was suplied by a third party rather than Back Market themselves. I had not expected this and would check more closely before future purchases.

Arrived ahead of schedule well packed and insulated. Have migrated my old system successfully but found I could not use my old printer as the new Mac runs at 64 bits not 32. So purchased a new printer and attached successfully. Really pleased with performance and the condition of the Mac is excellent and above expectations. My only slight gripe is that the Mac came with a Koorui keyboard and Mouse when I expected a reconditioned one from Apple. The problem is that the @ character is on the 2/" key and the " character is on the '@ key and I don't seem to be able to fix this. Regards Alan Herbage

I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!
