Needed a replacement phone fir my 11 year old grandson when he dropped his and broke the screen. Found this for a decent price and even better a years Warranty. Fast delivery and grandson happy with it. First of all said it's really slow, once he updated it sent me a message saying "wow this us amazing and really fast". He said everyone at school (secondary) laughs at it, they all gave the latest iphones. Lucky them if their parents can afford that. Grandson has been told if he looks after this one and doesn't break it maybe he can have a larger phone for his birthday. Would definitely come back to Back Market to purchase another refurbished phone instead of new.

Delivered on time and you would think the iPhone was brand-new 👍 I will never buy a new phone again.. i’m telling everybody I know to use Back Market. It’s been two weeks since I’ve received it and no problems, thank you very much I will be Back 😃

Very good refurbished phone. The battery wasn't that good and lost charge quick at first but I'm taking it its been turned off for a while. Working OK now though Will use you again

Phone sold as unlocked. When arrived was locked by O2. No real options in help centre but tried and they did advise to return phone for a replacement. Ended up paying £15 to be unlocked by shop in town Disappointed as have had previous orders and everything has been brilliant

The little iPhone is in very good condition and works well, although the battery life gives problems. If charged to full and then switched off overnight it reveals only 1 per cent in the morning and needs charging again before it will operate. Occasionally it will hold a reduced charge but mostly not so.

I wanted an iPhone to replace my very old Nokia phone. I didn’t want to spend a fortune and wanted a small phone, this one is perfect. If you are not constantly using your phone this is ideal. The battery doesn’t last as long as newer phones but not a problem for me. It came within the time frame and is in excellent condition, a bargain for the price. Would definitely use Back Market again.

Exactly as advertised, basically as new condition. For the money I’m extremely pleased. I’d looked for ages on eBay, gumtree etc and nothing came close to this for cost and condition. Plus free delivery, and 12 months warranty, no contest. I’d definitely recommend this company’s service and products.

Fantastic communication, I loved knowing when delivery arriving and emails prompting me to to register etc. Down side is that phone very slow even though using hardly any storage which is a shame but maybe that’s just what happens when second hand?

Second purchase and happy again. Quick service, good appearance. At first I thought the battery was poorer than expected but after a few full charges it retains its charge well. Recommend on basis of re-use and cost :)
