They said it was all fine but turns out to not load any games and is too laggy they said 1 year return policy but said I can’t return it within 20 days.

The product was delivered on time, the screen resolution is correct, the sound system is excellent, but both the battery and its recharging are slow and could be improved, and the keyboard response is poor. In short, the result would be a pass mark, as I can understand that it is a reconditioned product and that the minimum functions are correct and could be improved. I have thought about returning the product, but I will keep it because I understand that for the price it is correct.

Order completed quickly and easily. Very fast shipping, FedEx was very professional. The tablet is in excellent condition and fulfils the function assigned to it. In short, nothing but good for a first for BackMarket.

In the end it's a disappointment, The purpose of this tablet was to do online sport with YouTube, the application is obsolete, impossible to replace, updates on this application either, the only solution is to use Chrome and its online account. As for the battery, it lasts for videos in read-only mode, so don't play around with it, it discharges very quickly.

Hello, good morning. The experience was great. everything went well. however, I'm a little discouraged, because the tablet's operating system is not android, and I can't install Google apps. it's not explicit. and my grandchildren are very upset and sad because they want some games that can't be installed on this tablet😥😥😥😥
