Very clever! If you want to contact you not happy with the phone it goes to 404 page. So I thought at least I left a review that Im not that happy with the phone that keeps freezing and crashing,battery life is shortbut I can live with that. But as soon you hit unhappy face it goes to 404 page. Set up in a way you can't leave unhappy reviews unless you hit a happy face. Not fare. Doesnt reflect real company face. Tried multiple time on a different day for a week, so its not a temporary glich.

I'm so happy with my purchase. Easy and user friendly web. site. Great communication re. delivery. The phone was well wrapped and arrived within the given time. It was in perfect condition, just as describled. The color is beautiful and I love the quality of the camera and fingerprint authentication. It works fast, and battery lasts approx three days with my usage. I'm thrilled to bits with my new phone, and will definitely buy from Back Market again!

This was just as described, with only a tiny scratch on the back. It works perfectly. It's the 3rd one of these I've purchased and was a replacement phone for my daughter, who drowned her previous one in a toilet. It arrived well packed and on time. The only negative was the charger lead which just wouldn't fit in the phone socket. Luckily we have lots of C leads. Recommended
