Fast delivery, nothing to say. Clean phone, no scratches, like new. Small problem with the battery, the phone does not last more than 6 hours, and the operating system is not indicated when the product is purchased, which is an important point to take into account. I ended up with Emui 11 and no way of updating it.

The only downside is that I ordered a SILVER colour phone and received a black phone. It seems that I am not the only one in this situation. Why let us choose the colour when you deliver what is available? That would be more correct.

I wanted the phone for the camera and way. The bad thing is that it doesn't come with Google but I've already put it in. I ordered it one afternoon and had it the next day. The bill arrived earlier and it was perfect. I'm used to the phone company giving me a very long time to solve my problems and this order was a nice and nice surprise.

I ordered it in one day, it arrived the morning of the next day. I thought it would come in worse condition but it only had a few small scratches on the top of the phone, nothing that affects the performance or beauty of the phone. The battery came with 92% capacity which is very good. There was only one small error in the features of the phone - it said it didn't have eSIM but it did, which is no problem at all. And it could have come with a 40W charger. Highly recommend and would buy again.

Excellent, looks new, working, average battery

I am extremely disappointed with Backmarket. I was forced to send back my father's Christmas present because when I switched on the phone it said that it was still linked to its previous owner's account, making it impossible to unlock. This shows that the phone had not even been checked by the Backmarket agency. It is even legitimate to wonder whether it has really been refurbished as advertised. In any case, this shows a blatant lack of professionalism.

Well I have to say that I am super surprised with Back Market, I have bought a cucumber for 500 quid that is literally brand new. Super happy, I will never buy a new phone again, I will always buy it from Back Market, and I am not paid by anyone for this comment, it's the reality, I'm freaking out with the quality of these people.
