First time buying off Back Market and would highly recommend to anyone else that are contemplating buying a refurbished phone from them. My device that I purchased which was a Google Pixel 8 Pro, came in great condition and works perfectly almost as if it truly is a completely brand new phone. Will definitely buy from them again.

Amazing phone at an incredibly good price. First time on back market, and first time buying a refurbished phone. I will never get a new one again! Great condition. I bought a “good” and there are some minuscule scratches on the back case, if you look for them closely, and not at all noticeable through the clear cover I also bought on here. Phone works perfectly. Wouldn’t know it was refurbished, it’s so good. If, like me, you’re hesitant, just go for it, you won’t be disappointed. Guaranteed for a year, so we’ll see, but as the model was only released in 2023, I have high hopes! Also, camera is phenomenal, but you’ll have read the reviews to know that!

Not the first time I've used Back Market and won't be the last. I bought an excellent refurbished Google Pixel 8 which arrived precisely as descibed, on time. Great value phone for me, refurbished tech is better for the planet: win-win.

This is the first time I have bought a refurbished phone, and am very happy with the result. I bought a phone advertised as being in 'good' condition, which proved to be 'as new', not a mark on it. I was also offered an above market rate (by £10) to trade in my five-year old phone. It was delivered promptly, too.

I ordered the Google Pixel 8 Pro. The condition was listed as *Good* and I'd say I'm more than happy with it. Very minimal scratches on the screen that are only visible when the screen is switched off anyhow. the delivery was prompt and came with the charging cable (but no adaptor, which is to be expected). This is my 2nd order from Back Market, the other one was an iPhone 13 Pro around a year ago for my wife. I would order from them again.

It is a beautiful looking phone, but a bit technical for me I think. Photos I take are the main reason I changed and the quality is a much higher standard than my old iphone, so I will persevere and master it.

Purchased a new phone (a much more upgraded version). Fast delivery within 2 days. Phone looks brand new for a very good condition. Also comes with a phone case and fully charged so you can get straight on with setting it up! I am so happy with this! Trustworthy place to get a phone!

I ordered a phone in 'excellent' condition expecting it to be good however when the phone arrived it really was excellent. Absolutely perfect with zero signs of any wear. The battery life is also excellent lasting just like a new phone. One very happy customer.

This is my second phone from Back Market and I'm just as pleased with this purchase as I was with my first (Hubby is now using my first one) both have been more than I could have hoped for. No sign of wear at all, Absolutely first class you would never know my new Google pixel was a preloved phone. I did think about this purchase for a long time as it was more than I intended to pay but so glad I did and would recommend/buy again from Black Market no problem.

The phone came within a couple of days of ordering . The phone was in a really good condition and had no issues with start-up and setting up. The phone even came with a charger wire. I would definitely recommend.
