This phone was a replacement for a refurbished Samsung A54 5G phone that gave up the ghost after some five years of service. This phone was chosen for the camera and the price. We have three of these in our family, all refurbished, we will not go back to "new" phones again. Excellent service from Back Market and will continue to use them! Thank you.

Having checked to see if this website was a scamming website or not (it is not btw), i was eager to crack on and find myself a new (well refurbished) phone. I was screwed over by the battery issue with the Pixel 4a in late Jan, early Feb of 2025, so needed to get a new phone, well 3 actually as I had previously gotten the 4a for my mother and another for my wife, so all 3 phones are basically no use anymore. I had a scout around the website and found the Pixel 6's were a good fit for what i was looking for. A nice option the site gives, is to choose the quality of the refurb phones at different price points, so this was easy for me to decide on what to go for with the budget i had available. Placed the order and the phones turned up a few days later, all well packaged and as described. I was expecting the quality of the phones to be less than what I received tbh ( I chose excellent quality for all 3 phones) but all 3 turned up in immaculate condition, I found no Knicks, scratches, dents etc and all 3 looked like new handsets (your mileage may vary of course) but my experience with this company has been nothing but fantastic. Cliché i know, but i`ll be sure to get my phones from her...

Highly recommended if you want a new phone you will find what you want at an amazing price as well. Condition of the phone was fantastic you wouldn't even know it was a reconditioned phone. Site was easy to use.

Wohooo, I am so glad I went down the road of getting a refurbished device as replacement of my old phone. It was a pleasure using the website and finding my new "old" Pixel 6. The delivery was even faster than anticipated and it arrived on my birthday. Great service and a way forward to reduce landfill. Thank you!

Came as described within 2 days of purchase, maybe a couple of hairline scratches but as to be expected with refurbished tech, phone worked well out of box and is definitely an upgrade on my previous samsung galaxy s9, from which I'm able to use the sim.

Very happy with my refurbished Pixel6, its in near new condition - a massive reduction on the current price of a smartphone and combined with a sim only contract leads to a very cost-effective solution. In fact the only advances I can see in new phones is more camera gizmos which I don't value - other functionality is near the same. BackMarket very good to deal with - they appear to be in this for the long term and have set up accordingly

I purchased my Google Pixel 6 128GB in October 2023. It has been a brilliant phone to use for over a year. I love my Pixel 6! When I received the item last October it was in great condition and looked almost brand new. My Pixel 6 is on Android 15 now (The Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are guaranteed to receive Android version updates until at least October 2024, and security updates until at least October 2026).

Not ever had a reconditioned phone before and have been very impressed. Phone looks and works fantastic (even though condition was marked as only 'good'); speedy delivery too. I would certainly use again.

Only deal with you now have a actually had several phones from you over the past 5 or 6 years and always had good service even when things weren't up to my expectations, which was only once. Keep up the good work.
