Very impressed. Easily navigated the website to find the buds (& at a great price too). Dispatched sooner than stated (next day!! Amazing turnaround) Product thus far seems superb. Excellent condition (true to their word) & I have to say, these buds are actually far better than my previous buds which were, shall we say, from "more renound audio companies". Very pleased. Now just hoping the product has longevity!

Comfortable. Excellent features when paired with an Apple product, however, despite an above average (no better than that) bass, the top end overpowers everything else. Could definitely benefit from a stronger middle frequencies boost and a significant drop in high end frequencies.

My old cheapish Chinese headphones were having battery issues..... Ordered these Jaybird headphones.... wow, sound is 100% better than the old ones, battery life is ok.... 4hrs, fast charge and in new condition..... perfect.

fantastic quality, no fitting problems, doesn't fall out of my ear even with the wrong size silicone in-ear plugs, the noise-cancelling properties are out of this world - as good as my on-ear Bose QC. great condition, improvement to my quality of life, thank you!

So the company actually sent me the better model - I don't know if this was a mistake or whether this model wasn't in stock. But I'm not complaining :) The sound quality is really good, lots of bass, lots of treble, lots of mids. The earbuds last for a while on one charge, and so does the case, which also charges with USB-C. Overall, I'm really happy with these, and my first Backmarket order :]

Although I am happy with Back market, I do feel that my most recent order, of the earbuds left a little to be desired. I spent a few minutes clening theearbuds, the case, and teh Samsung box etc. The seller could and should have have done this. It makes me wonder if they have been cleaned properley at all by the refurbisher/seller? As this item is a pair of Earbuds, this worries me. They seem to work fine however.

They take finesse to fit properly, otherwise the sound seems distant. Otherwise a good pair of earphones.
