Send a device with a serious battery failure, wouldnt even turn on when not plugged into a charger, despite it being at 100%. Had to return for a full refund. Extremely dissapointed with BackMarket for allowing the device to be sent.

I am very happy with my Garmin Forerunner 55 watch purchased from Back Market. I received it as good as new, both in terms of looks and performance. I have used it for running, walking, cycling, monitoring indoor training sessions and also swimming in the pool. The Garmin Connect app is very useful for analysing workout performance and also allows for automatic syncing with apps like Strava. I'm glad I bought it from Back Market because I was able to save money while contributing to the reuse of a technological product whose waste has a negative impact on the environment, and it comes with a one-year warranty. In my case, I took out the 5-year insurance for what might happen, as the premium is less than one euro per month and I feel more confident that I will be able to use my Forerunner 55 for a long time.

The watch is as good as new, has no defects and works perfectly. It remains to be seen whether the battery has adequate autonomy and whether the watch is waterproof as described in the manufacturer's instructions. I'm delighted with my purchase.

The sports watch I ordered arrived quickly, in a well-protected parcel. There's no sign of damage (so it's in good condition) and it connects perfectly to apps and other services. I'll have to see if the battery and everything else lasts over time, but I've had a great reception. Glad to be able to enjoy quality refurbished :D
