    Send a device with a serious battery failure, wouldnt even turn on when not plugged into a charger, despite it being at 100%. Had to return for a full refund. Extremely dissapointed with BackMarket for allowing the device to be sent.

    I received the watch yesterday, as far as I could tell it was in working order. Unfortunately I found that the watch and the strap were very dirty, I had to clean them before wearing them for the first time. Although I bought the watch as "good", it is clear to me that there are small scratches or dents, but it should not be sent to the customer so dirty. I am very satisfied with the purchase and delivery from Black Market. MFG Gabriel Herbert
