It's a lovely little phone which does all I want it to do. Only thing is the battery doesn't last long, just a few hours but hey ho. Very fast postage though. Overall I'm happy with it as it was a great price for an android phone.

Really impressed with the product, works fine (it seems). We bought it for a charity to give to a client referred to us by the CAB, because he has no phone, and is too old to go and see them. So we have a free of charge Vodafone SIM card for it, and are now waiting for CAB to get off their chairs and tell us his address so we can deliver it!Their data protection rules means he has to authorise them telling us his name etc. Can't see how they expect to do that!

The mobile is in good working condition and appearance. The only problem is the battery which doesnt last long. Guess will have to look for a new one

For what I got and from I was expecting I’m actually pretty happy I was expecting loads of scratches and it to barely work but it works fine there’s barely any scratches.

I have been to help centre and am pending a reply but I have been sent a phone I cannot use as the previous owner is still logged in. Until something is done about this, I can’t log in so the phone will not work for me and I also can’t check whether the camera works because I can’t get into the phone.i cannot rate the battery life either because I cannot use the phone. Also whilst the phone appears to have been refurbished and was in fair condition it was dirty - would it have taken too much effort to wipe it before you sent it out

Just the one I needed

Works fine for the purpose! I just wanted a cheap device to leave permanently plugged into my amp setup for Spotify. This one is (reasonably) showing its age in terms of battery life, ability to cope with apps etc, and I wouldn't want to try to use it as a primary device even for very basic purposes - but it's just about good enough to do what I needed and good value.

I purchased 3 phones in fair condition. 1 of 3 is fair condition. Other 2 rubbish. Usc charging point totally damaged, in secon one battery holding 15min. Fair means scrches, worn out not damaged not for use.
