The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍

Fantastic experience, I'm not sure if I got a new device or refurbished, the box was sealed and everything inside too. I'm beyond happy with a great deal I have got. And the watch Galaxy 5 pro is really cool.

I'm very pleased with my Samsung smart watch 5pro. It arrived very quickly, and like brand new. It didn't come with wireless charger, but I expected that from reading reviews on BackMarket. Well packaged and so easy to set up.

Good watch but did not come with a charger I feel it should have or been highlighted no charger with a smart watch. Little bit disappointed but over all service was speedy. The watch it's self is very good battery little weak but it's second hand enjoying my purchase and will use company again

Contrary to other reviews the watch came immaculate, no signs at all of handling, no physical marks or scratches, screen is perfect. So far works perfectly, you wouldn't be able to tell it isn't brand new. (Bought 'excellent' condition)

The quality was top notch, you would have to look really hard to see a few scuff marks. Delivery was really good; arrived earlier than expected. This was anniversary gift for my hubby who was thrilled with it. Will definitely be checking back market before anyone else when looking to purchase any electronic good!

This came with a lot of greasy fingerprints on it when I first opened the box which was quite concerning. Once I charged it and turned it on, the previous owners account and details were still on the device. I had to do a factory reset which I expected backmarket to have done already. However once I cleaned it the watch is of very good and new quality. I'm very happy with the watch and I would definitely buy from backmarket again as there were never serious problems with the watch.

I was really impressed with the speed of service, and quality of the smart watch, it was in excellent condition, however I sent in a galaxy S10e phone for sale to help offset the cost of the watch, I explained that it was locked to EE,however it was rejected due to it being unlocked, but to make matters worse they stated my phone wouldn't be returned unless I provided a returns delivery note, and sent me a link that seemed to ask a lot of questions ie size of package weight and the total cost was between £15-£20, so I deliberated on this and then my phone was returned at no cost to me so the, episode with providing a returns label seemed like a scam,
