This phone feels in great condition! It's fast, responsive, has a good battery life and great camera! I chose to buy a refurbished phone from Back Market because I got a laptop from here a few years ago and it's been great. My more tech savvy friend helped me choose this phone specifically and I am very happy with it so far.

First time I have ever bought a refurbished phone and I don't think I will go back to buying new ones. I bought an excellent condition phone and that's exactly what it is, no marks,scratches or anything. Just like brand new but with the box.

Great price. Ordered 'excellent' condition and I can't believe it's not brand new! Communication was great re order received, delivery date and a exceptionally quick delivery. I will definitely recommend and have done to friends and family. Will never buy new again! A great service all round.

As a first time buyer from BM I was unsure what to expect, despite my family telling me how good they are. Now I know what they mean. My S20 phone turned up exactly as promised, excellent condition no hassle just what I wanted. I will now be looking at other tech from the company as I have been so pleased with phone. The service is awarded, enven after the full-refund eligibility period has expired, the Back Market team (Eric) offered me a full refund due to a faulty mic in the mobile phone that was not working properly. I am very satisfied with threir responsiveness and help. Highly recommended. Habib

Tricky to get going without manual,as I am not tech savvy! However great condition, and I am very happy with that. Swiping to unlock takes a few times unlike my previous model, but again, that might be me!
