Battery capacity was a tiny bit below promise, but BackMarket was very responsive and the issue was resolved to my full satisfaction. Highly recommended. Why people pay 1-2-3 week's wages for a new phone when they can get a totally superb phone for a fraction of the cost on BackMarket is beyond me.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G phone was almost like new and holds charger really well. The phone was well packaged and came super quickly. I'm more than happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from the seller again.

This phone feels in great condition! It's fast, responsive, has a good battery life and great camera! I chose to buy a refurbished phone from Back Market because I got a laptop from here a few years ago and it's been great. My more tech savvy friend helped me choose this phone specifically and I am very happy with it so far.

First time I have ever bought a refurbished phone and I don't think I will go back to buying new ones. I bought an excellent condition phone and that's exactly what it is, no marks,scratches or anything. Just like brand new but with the box.

Bought s20+ 2 weeks ago its amazing came next day well package .got the best condition not a mark or scratch on it .. would recommend this company to get a reconditioned phone would definitely use them again

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G 128GB from Back Market - my first experience buying a refurbished phone. The phone arrived on time and well packaged. On opening the package, I was delighted with the quality and appearance of the phone - Cosmic Grey was a good choice of colour but even better was the phone looked brand new. It was in perfect condition. As I got it up and going, it behaved just as a new phone would and transferring all my data, apps,pics etc from my old phone was so easy. A few weeks in and I am still delighted. I really recommend Back Market. I have 4 teenage children and previously I bought them the cheaper android phones (Samsung A series, Oppo etc). Never again. Next time I will be buying them a refurbed phone and I will be looking to Back Market for refurbed laptops etc in the future. These guys are great!!!

Phone arrived in great condition and as expected. Took ages to get everything transferred & accessible, but that's par for the course.
