Excellent service. This is the second phone I have purchased, this time for my mum. She loves the phone. Arrived quickly and was well packed. This company provides service and 12 months warranty on well refurbished phones. Highly recommended.

everything fine until trying to put facebook and pictures on then we found that the phone hadnt been reset or cleared had the last persons contacts/ pictures/facebook account and loads of games on it. Ok now ive deleted everything and instaled my stuff on

Extremely happy with mu purchase from Back Market. My son desperately needed a new phone after his broke and the price I paid for his Galaxy A40 was amazing. The phone looks new and is in perfect working order. I have a very happy teenager and will be ordering a new phone for myself from this site in the new year.

Exactly the same as my old one which I dropped and smashed. This model just works for me I love it. However, I will start looking for an upgrade at some point with Back Market.

After buying 3 phones from Backmarket with huge success and satisfaction, the 4th unfortunately wouldn't switch on or charge. However the customer service was outstanding and they sorted my return and refund within a couple of days.I have reordered and this one has been delivered promptly and is in fantastic condition. Thoroughly recommend BackMarket to anyone wanting a decent reconditioned phone with good customer service.

Ive waited to leave a review to be sure the phone would perform to my expectations and it has. It came in pristine condition and is functioning really well so far. I wanted to replace my previous A40 and have tried a couple of times with refurbished phones, also in ex condition but all cutting out during phone calls. So far this is like getting a new phone all over again and I'm very happy with it. Delivery was quick and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BackMarket and would use them again.
