Pretty much beyond my e-abilities, but it has been gentle with me so far. Whether that continues as it becomes more and more frustrated with my limitations remains to be seen. In the meantime I continue to admire its flawless appearance and tactile seductiveness.

I received my refurbished Samsung galaxy a10 before the estimated delivery date and the phone is perfectly functional, I'm impressed by how good the battery life is, I'm able to obtain about 4 days of battery life out of the before it needs to be recharged, the face Recognition works well also, overall I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks James walker

Phone came well packed with a charging cable, screen condition was ok, just one scratch. The back was very marked, looked like wear from the type of cover it had been in, but it's going straight into another cover anyway. It's an old model so needed lots of software updates and it's a little laggy but doing the job. Not bad for the price and got my Dad out of trouble after sticking his previous one in the washing machine with his shirts!

Really good value and having bought from Back Market before I had no hesitation in doing so again. Great communications and speedy delivery. Thank you. Fewer emails pre delivery and afterwards seeking feedback when already submitted would be appreciated though.

So bought this phone for an upgrade reasonably cheap came quickly well packed condition of was really good some wear but can't argue with the price and really happy with the condition and performance of it .

My son asked me to look for a Galaxy A10 for him he didn’t mind reconditioned so I ordered one from Back Market, was a bit dubious at first but honestly I cannot fault this company at all, extremely quick delivery, the phone is great fully working and shiny clean, a fair price too, he’s happy as it’s his favourite phone and the screen was broken on the old one so yeah I will deffo use Back Market again, these guys are brill!

Chuffed to bits...great price and super speedy delivery Phone is really tidy and in much better condition that I expected and everything works well like a new phone. Would hesitate to recommend and will defo be coming back when I need another phone although fingers crossed that I don't run this one over !!

I was, obviously, apprehensive; good graphics, blurb etc. can be enticing when visiting a website. I received my refurbished phone in two days. I'm not one for brand new tech and couldn't give a shit about owning the latest whatever. The phone I received, so far, works a treat, is clean and does exactly what I need - which isn't wasting time on other websites trawling through adverts where the real deal is hidden. I'm very happy, so far, with Black Market. Of course the test will come if and when the phone malfunctions and I have to negotiate what seems to be an increasingly inept customer service "provided" by other sites offering this, that, and whatever else farts from their mouths. So far, everything's good. Very pleased.
