So far, I’m loving my Galaxy A20e. I was a little skeptical buying refurbished (after being sorely disappointed a couple of times) and……was pleasantly surprised!! I received my refurbished Samsung galaxy a10 before the estimated delivery date and the phone is perfectly functional, I'm impressed by how good the battery life is, I'm able to obtain about 4 days of battery life out of the before it needs to be recharged, the face Recognition works well also, overall I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks James walker

Backmarket were fantastic with the price and phone as I’ve now used them twice. However, I couldn’t get to grips with the Samsung as I was moving from IPhone to Android. Have since sold the phone on but it was a great experience with Backmarket

I have dealt with Black Market in the past and their refurbished A70 was great. I bought this as a back up to my other which the screen plays up at times. Previously me refurbished phone came with a new battery i.e. a longer lifespan before having to get the battery changed. This one did not, quoting being friendly to the environment which I only found out about after the purchase. meaning that there would be a shorter time interval before it needing the expense of a new battery.

After buying 3 phones from Backmarket with huge success and satisfaction, the 4th unfortunately wouldn't switch on or charge. However the customer service was outstanding and they sorted my return and refund within a couple of days.I have reordered and this one has been delivered promptly and is in fantastic condition. Thoroughly recommend BackMarket to anyone wanting a decent reconditioned phone with good customer service.

Ive waited to leave a review to be sure the phone would perform to my expectations and it has. It came in pristine condition and is functioning really well so far. I wanted to replace my previous A40 and have tried a couple of times with refurbished phones, also in ex condition but all cutting out during phone calls. So far this is like getting a new phone all over again and I'm very happy with it. Delivery was quick and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BackMarket and would use them again.

Oh I'm delighted.was worried about buying a refurbished phone but there's not a mark on it and it works perfectly I saved so much money buying a phone this way. I will always shop on back market from now on.im after a watch to match the phone next .very happy with my purchase.
