I bought the Galaxy A30s as my daughters 1st phone.. I needed somthing of good quality but not a crazy price... The phone is brilliant my loves it.. Great quality plenty of memory( she didn't need loads). Would definitely recommend and buy from backmarket again..

So far, I’m loving my Galaxy A20e. I was a little skeptical buying refurbished (after being sorely disappointed a couple of times) and……was pleasantly surprised!! Great service and really happy with the phone. I’ve bought refurbished before and would definitely do so again. Back Market was new to me and I was a little sceptical but I’ve now just ordered a laptop!

Needed a cheap phone for my daughter as I wasn't prepared to get her a expensive more uo to date one until she can prove that she can be responsible and careful with one. Arrived it great condition, works really well and was perfect for what I was looking for.

So far so good the phone is working properly, it came the way I expect it to be, the quality of the pictures are good, no marks and scratches on the body, the delivery was faster than scheduled, indeed it's a very nice phone, I am happy and with full confident I can refer.

Pretty much beyond my e-abilities, but it has been gentle with me so far. Whether that continues as it becomes more and more frustrated with my limitations remains to be seen. In the meantime I continue to admire its flawless appearance and tactile seductiveness.

Backmarket were fantastic with the price and phone as I’ve now used them twice. However, I couldn’t get to grips with the Samsung as I was moving from IPhone to Android. Have since sold the phone on but it was a great experience with Backmarket

Brilliant service and a wonderfully refurbished phone at a very good price. Really impressed and will certainly use again when I’m looking for another phone. What buy brand new when you can save loads of money by buying refurbished.
