So far, very good. It was described as fair and the outside you could tell it had been used but much better than I expected. The keyboard and screen seemed almost like new and everything worked correctly. Battery life is good and it was very straightforward to set up. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from Back Market again.

The laptop seems to be in decent condition and works well, however, it has clearly not been refurbished, I'm guessing not even switched on as it still has the previous owners apps, photos, downloaded invoices containing personal information, etc. This is a massive breach of GDPR, I am not impressed at all. I now have to waste time going through deleting all of this.

Keyboard didn't work when it arrived. The Ctrl button was always on I couldn't get it to stop. Then I realised that several other letters didn't work, no matter how hard I pressed them. The purchasing and delivery process was smooth, but the item itself simply didn't work.

Really pleased with my first Back Market order. Looks brand new and so far works well for a refurbished laptop. Thank you.

Sorry, I haven't even opened the box yet. I thought my present laptop was broken so I bought this as a replacement. However, my laptop started working again. I will keep this laptop for future when my present laptop breaks down completely. Thank you.

Swift delivery, well packaged. The item was like new. Very happy.

Behaves as new, apart from the battery but they never do, do they? Nice clean condition but what I really like is knowing everything has been checked and refurbished where needed. Gives you the confidence that although your laptop is second hand, it mainly acts like new when you get it, no hidden problems. Delivery and communication all great. Love the idea of refurbishing not throwing away! Remember all those little electrical repair shops we used to have! Let's get rid of built in obsolescence. Will use you again.

Few mishaps unfortunately,the first laptop was delivered to the wrong address,not your fault i know.most likely DPD,so the second unit you sent out was fine but this had windows 7 on and with the original going missing i decided to return it.I am grateful for the resolution with the refund etc from MakeITwork,which was down to Back Markets intervention,customer service wise i could not fault you!!!

Laptop in very bad condition. No plastics to unlock the battery, cracked case, keyboard not working, charger not working. How can you send such a laptop? Has anyone actually tested this crap?
