Sorry, I haven't even opened the box yet. I thought my present laptop was broken so I bought this as a replacement. However, my laptop started working again. I will keep this laptop for future when my present laptop breaks down completely. Thank you.

Keyboard didn't work when it arrived. The Ctrl button was always on I couldn't get it to stop. Then I realised that several other letters didn't work, no matter how hard I pressed them. The purchasing and delivery process was smooth, but the item itself simply didn't work.

Swift delivery, well packaged. The item was like new. Very happy.

Super fast delivery, arrived earlier than expected, despite the big blackout we had... Big difference with my last experience, which was very, very unpleasant and disappointing... In this case, quite the opposite. And the laptop, in an excellent condition, just as the web indicated... Very, very recommendable seller!!!!

The PC works well, I was just disappointed that some of the components were different from what was presented in the app. For example the PC graphic card was supposed to be Intel iris Xe Graphics but the seller changed it to a less performant Intel UhD graphics before shipping it out. This makes the platform less credible this sort of thing has happened also in the purchased I did before this one. The sellers are always trying to change components to cheaper ones and that's not good.

I am very satisfied with the laptop. The functionality of the device is absolutely fine. There is nothing to criticise about the external appearance (screen, keyboard). The only thing is that the battery runs flat relatively quickly (1.5 hours). But that's okay, it's not a new device. Thank you

It's a pleasant surprise: it comes with Windows 11, good performance for an Intel I3 (my old I7s don't do so well) and a fair price. I was a bit surprised to find a PC with a German keyboard on backmarket.fr, but I bought it for a member of my family who lives in Bavaria, so it came just at the right time.

Excellent condition, works like a missile. It's great.

Generally well, except that it doesn't have bluetooth, I put a pendrive in it. And once I got the blue recovery screen, it gives the impression that it would be a problem of Windows, which fights with the wireless mouse and headphones, I put two bluetooth pen one 4.0 and one 5.0 and I would say that is the way they have implemented Windows ... but I have not yet had time to look at it. The fujitsu that I bought before has not given any problem and goes perfect...Maybe in this one the problem if it is not of the system would be of the hardware...I have only installed the Office 21 ( legal of a single use ) and the NitroPdf...greetings
