My old Fitbit Blaze gave up so bought this Versa 3 refurbished and it’s perfect for me, I only need the basic functions from a smartwatch and this fits the bill perfectly, arrived on time and condition is excellent, well done Back Market

I ordered 2 Charge 5's. One functions well but the other doesn't record steps or any other information and won't sync with my phone. I have now left the UK and am home in Cyprus so cannot return the faulty one for a refund.

Really good condition and quick delivery, only thing is that it came with a strap that has missing parts so I can’t connect and attatch the strap to the Fitbit device so will have to buy a new one separately.

To say it was brand new is an understatement - the charger wasn't even opened. Must have been a display model I think but very happy - 3rd item I've bought now and all have been great!

This is not an 'excellent' condition item and I am very disappointed. The device does not work unless it is plugged in. I fully charged the device using the charger provided and as soon as I unplugged it the screen cut out. When it turns back on, the charge has dropped down to 1%. I cleaned the device and charger and tried this multiple times using different ports, to no avail. I even reset the device by pressing on the charger button x3 as instructed by Fitbit customer support. Nothing has worked. The strap also arrived dirty and with an usual smell and there were visible marks on the back of the watch screen. I will be returning immediately, do not waste your time.
