    I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The mouse arrived in perfect condition and safely packaged. I'm so pleased I've found a reliable place to buy pre-loved and refurbished tech meaning it's not only good for my pocket but for the planet too.

    Really happy with my trackpad. I knew it was a good piece of kit as I had one in my previous employment. No problems with my refurbished model from Backmarket - in really good nick and delivered quickly at a good discount from new.

    Genuine item, that was listed as “refurbished” but what was in fact new. Sometimes you need a bit more “sweep’ when dragging and dropping. Or in an app such as Garmin’s route planner. This mouse does the job, seamlessly integrates into the Mac Book. Haven’t quite mastered some of the features yet, but will get there! Back Market service was top class as well!

    I appreciate the appearance and functionality of the mouse I ordered, but I feel that it should have come together with the computer as I ordered them together. If that was not possible, the seller should have communicated this in good time. Additionally, I received the mouse without the battery cell, which is disappointing. But other than that, I am generally a satisfied customer.

    I must admit I’m quite disappointed with the mouse- it feels clunky. I did charge it prior to installing it. Even the trackpad is unresponsive at times.
