perfect, as expected. works well after a 60kms test. a few scratches on the frame don't deserve your "like new" description but overall a good product. i would have liked the truth about the battery in the advert which said it lasted "30-50km"; i thought it was a mistake and took the risk of ordering...well done me as it lasts 70-80kms

Works very well at the moment and is very efficient (average speed 28 km/h) and the battery is fully charged in 5 hours.

The bike is neither washed nor prepared. The gears are 'cracking' and I have no way of knowing whether they're badly adjusted or whether the Bafang M200 system has had a big hit on the nose. Basically, what's been done is paint touch-ups. And nothing else. For a reconditioner it's just a shame. I was happy with previous purchases, but not at all with this one.

Deplorable for a reconditioned electric bike sold in "very good condition". Paint chipped all over, crankset damaged, brake damaged, mudguard broken, headlight damaged, battery at the end of its life. I'm in favour of reconditioning, but not at this price, as repairs will cost me more than buying a new one. I'm really very disappointed

I really love it, it's my first electric bike, what a joy! It's in perfect working order. A few small scratches, normal it's a reconditioned. Super customer service, delivered very quickly, I really recommend this site for its seriousness.

J'ai reçu le colis en avance ,donc déjà c'est top, c'est un produit reconditionné mais en parfait état comme neuf ! Mon fils en est content, il fonctionne très bien ,20 km/h max. c'est bien pour un enfant de 11ans avec un casque bien sûr.
