brilliant quality, literally brand new; comes with no issues. the case is flawless as are the earbuds themselves. sound quality is also perfect and the touch controls are very easy and convenient to pick up.

fast shipping , the buds came in a perfect condition , no ear wax how the other comments said just a small stain next to the charging port because of the old case I presume, is a black mark on rest everything perfect the seller cleaned them perfect , it worth it 10000%

The headphones are scratch-free the only thing I'm worried about is the battery life, but otherwise I'm satisfied.

The earbuds were a gift for my twin. She really likes them and is happy with the quality of buds. Only thing is that they still had the previous owners name when she first connected them. But that was easy to update

I was a fan of the M4 model (until I lost them, hence why I'm here) - and the M5 are a little slicker in design and the bass/sound canceling properties are top notch. Recommend

Disappointing. First purchase on back market and it was a bad decision. EarPods on the right ear not working at all. Don’t know if this was deliberate or the seller didn’t check the device at all before shipping
