I toyed with the idea of shopping at Back Market for some time before I gave in to temptation to try an Apple Watch. This was a completely no hassle purchase, and it arrived quickly too. The watch itself is great, good battery life (my main worry about purchasing refurbished) and cosmetically in mint condition. I genuinely can't fault it. Thank you :)

Watch in very good condition for one 5 years. I’m still learning everything that it will do - I’m not a youngster I’m afraid and it all takes time - no pun intended. I shall look forward to planning my next purchase from Backmarket.

Very happy with my Apple Watch. Arrived very quickly and was in great condition. I have found it so useful for monitoring fitness levels. Love that BackMarket makes buying refurbished so accessible. Only thing I wish I had realised was the cellular feature is not really necessary and only available if you pay for an additional/ separate plan just for the watch. But that’s on me for not doing my research!

Very good service, communication and delivery time. My only issue is how it was packaged. The watch was in a big cardboard box with no protection so could easily be damaged. The box was also damaged so it was fortunate the watch wasn’t broken. Inadequate packaging.

Brilliant service, fast delivery, in really rather good condition. Was ordered on one day, delivered the next. item is in great condition cosmetically and seemingly okay for the operation. BackMarket has become my go to first stop for tech!.

I’ve used Blackmarket many times with no issues and usually highly recommend. This order was not quite as described (watch strap colour and type) and there has been no response to communication. Holding out hope that it’ll be resolved.

Flawless condition

Very pleased indeed with my watch 6. Had it a couple of weeks now, no complaints ! When I opened up the package I was amazed to see what looked to me like a brand new watch !!! Even more pleased when checking the battery condition it was registering 100% 😊. Thank you Back Market 👍 .
