Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol. Happy with purchase delivery was delay by one day but they updated me. I brought in good condition it was very good condition. only little scratch on back that was expected for refurbished product it the 3rd time I brought from back market including ps4 ,iPhone 12 pro max and this iPad 7 gen 2019 will defo purchase more stuff in the future 😊

Absolutely amazing purchase Not one scratch on the Macbook pro and I had selected just a good model but overall excellent performance and arrived within a day. Packaging neat overall was as good as a brand new laptop possibly the best refurbished product I have purchased to date and a massive upgrade from Macbook air. I would highly recommend back market as I consider myself to becoming a long term customer.

I recieved my MacBook pro in as new condition. I am delighted with the vast amount of money I have saved with not buying new from the high street. I first learned about the back market on TikTok I was a bit skeptical, but I downloaded the app and I read so many reviews and I said I’ll give it a try. It was very easy to order. I receive my order in 2 working days. I received my order in a box with Manuel a charger. Also the key I ordered the iPhone 14, 128 GB color purple I could not believe my eyes. It did not look refurbished. It look like a brand new iPhone not a scratch came with 100% battery I charge my battery every two days. I am very pleased very happy with my iPhone 14 from the back market thank you back market. Perfect service When you are needing a new phone this is the app/website I recommend, please don’t faff about with used phones from Facebook marketplace etc that may come with a nasty suprise such as iCloud activation locks, marked as stolen/lost or blacklist for unpaid contract, this company knows what they are doing partnering with some of the biggest phone refurbishing companies to bring the best quality and value for money phones as possible, I bought a fair example iPhone 15 pro and I was pleased to find out that it came with an almost perfect battery with 94% battery health. And with only a few micro scratches on the screen it was a perfect phone for the price. I cannot wait to purchase more devices from backmarket

Although I like new technology and gadgets I have never wanted to buy any technology product ‘brand new’ preferring to wait a while until all the ‘bugs’ had been ironed out. This is why my previous phone was a refurbished iPhone XR, which I was very happy with and had served my purposes for a few years. However as with any piece of technology it shows its age after a while which my iPhone XR was now showing. Time to change. New phones are ridiculously expensive in my opinion so I scoured the market for a decent refurbished second hand phone. Came to Back Market and saw that the prices for a refurbished iPhone 14, a good jump up from my XR, was within my budget. I was not disappointed. A great phone, in excellent condition with 92% battery, and a good price! Now protected with a decent case & screen protector. What’s not to like? I would definitely buy again from Back Market. My iPad 9th gen is getting a bit tired ……..

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Instead of spending a lot of money on a brand-new MacBook, buying refurbished is a much better option. I truly appreciate the quality and service. Highly recommended!

The phone was in really good condition, screen and back was flawless. Really responsive screen display, basically everything you need in a phone, practically no difference although refurbished. But the screen protector that comes with the phone is terrible, it affects the detection of your fingers onto your screen so it wont be that accurate or responsive.

Okay being honest… is brand new , not just looking brand new but 100% battery health + there was no replacement I checked everything this phone is probably not even refurbished because serial number is doesn’t start with F or H! I’m impressed and I got good quality so it’s not even the best ! Recommend it
