Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. Would certainly come back in future to by a reconditioned piece of tech saving myself money instead of buying new!iPad Pro 11 (2021) - WiFiOverall performance

The Ipad itself is very good quality!! I’m pretty sure it came in an apple refurbished box fully sealed as I chose the pristine condition, After a couple of weeks using it it works amazingly and 100% would recommend buying second hand!! However I’ve also brought a newer Iphone recently as well as an ipad and the trade in process is extremely interesting to say the least, the tracking never updates and the offered amount is extortionately low for what it was worth? I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. The device is in excellent condition so can’t fault that which is the most important thing. The only feedback that was an area of improvement was that it would have been nice to have a reconditioned official iPad box. It took me a couple of months to pluck up the courage to buy a refurbished iPad, I needn’t have worried. It was so pristine, it looked brand new. Overall happy with the experience of buying an iPad. I've had refurbished before and all round a great way to buy expensive tech. The only issue I had was that although I bought Very Good quality, the iPad didn't come in a box but just bubble wrapped in a thin sheet and thin cardboard sleeve and a cheap tiny cable. I think the seller was lucky it arrived still in good condition as there was no fragile stickers or anything. 10 out of 10 for the iPad and for Back Market (not a trace anywhere that it's been refurbished) it must have new everything. All we have to find out now is if my elderly mother takes to it (it might become her new best friend) She struggles with any new technology and her phone is Android. (we got the iPad so she can see the thousands of photos of her great granddaughter on a big screen uploaded to iCloud by our children in Australia She's an exceptionally lucky mother getting an iPad for Christmas (and I'm a very satisfied man knowing that I didn't pay out for a New one which would have been at least twice as much)iPad 10.2 (2019) - WiFiOverall performance

Infuriating that it is impossible to speak to anyone about the payment you owe me for the trade in. It is not acceptable that you ask for passport details. It is very suspicious. And your link to contact you for help on the feedback email is broken. Many days ago you indicated you would send me the payment. I have spent a whole hour this morning trying to contact you this. What a shame you have such terrible customer service that leads you round in circles and does not answer a question.
