I first learned about the back market on TikTok I was a bit skeptical, but I downloaded the app and I read so many reviews and I said I’ll give it a try. It was very easy to order. I receive my order in 2 working days. I received my order in a box with Manuel a charger. Also the key I ordered the iPhone 14, 128 GB color purple I could not believe my eyes. It did not look refurbished. It look like a brand new iPhone not a scratch came with 100% battery I charge my battery every two days. I am very pleased very happy with my iPhone 14 from the back market thank you back market. I will recommend friends and family, and I will also be using back market in the future for my phones once again back market, thank you

Perfect service When you are needing a new phone this is the app/website I recommend, please don’t faff about with used phones from Facebook marketplace etc that may come with a nasty suprise such as iCloud activation locks, marked as stolen/lost or blacklist for unpaid contract, this company knows what they are doing partnering with some of the biggest phone refurbishing companies to bring the best quality and value for money phones as possible, I bought a fair example iPhone 15 pro and I was pleased to find out that it came with an almost perfect battery with 94% battery health. And with only a few micro scratches on the screen it was a perfect phone for the price. I cannot wait to purchase more devices from backmarket

Although I like new technology and gadgets I have never wanted to buy any technology product ‘brand new’ preferring to wait a while until all the ‘bugs’ had been ironed out. This is why my previous phone was a refurbished iPhone XR, which I was very happy with and had served my purposes for a few years. However as with any piece of technology it shows its age after a while which my iPhone XR was now showing. Time to change. New phones are ridiculously expensive in my opinion so I scoured the market for a decent refurbished second hand phone. Came to Back Market and saw that the prices for a refurbished iPhone 14, a good jump up from my XR, was within my budget. I was not disappointed. A great phone, in excellent condition with 92% battery, and a good price! Now protected with a decent case & screen protector. What’s not to like? I would definitely buy again from Back Market. My iPad 9th gen is getting a bit tired ……..

Okay being honest… is brand new , not just looking brand new but 100% battery health + there was no replacement I checked everything this phone is probably not even refurbished because serial number is doesn’t start with F or H! I’m impressed and I got good quality so it’s not even the best ! Recommend it

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished mobile, and after much pondering I settled on the Dark Red S22 Ultra 128gb, they said the the screen was flawless, and that's how it arrived, absolutely pristine condition, like brand new, not a mark anywhere on the screen or body, the battery came charged at more than 80%, and of course it had the built is S pen, I couldn't be more pleased with it it, delivery was quick and it came very packaged, along with excellent communication and great buying experience. I seriously have a thrilling experience with Back market. I orderd a Fair condition phone when I received the phone it was in excellent condition I was amazed, but the phone had some bootloop and wifi disconnecting issue I send the phone back for a replacement and I received the replacement phone in 4days and it's in fair condition but I can surely say that it's a used phone not a refurbished and I love this thing everything is original even the Spen and it's quite pocket friendly then local market. I'm excited to shop again in future from Bank market and do recommend people to try to buy from them.

phone is great, got in excellent condition, looked brand new no scuffs or scratches to indicate otherwise. only issue I had was how it was shipped. it was in a large box with use a little sleeve of bubble wrap on the phone and a loose piece of bubble wrap but would've been knocking around in the box. I didn't eexpect it to be new in origin box or anything but a bit of padding wouldnt have gone amiss. goes to show that these phones are stronger than they use to be but just felt like an unnecessary risk. overall happy with the phone. it's fun having a stylis again! it's my first refurbished phones. I won't lie i was skeptical but I have no complaints with the phone :)

We purchased a Fair condition phone for our daughter for Christmas. It is in fantastic condition. She is extremely happy with it. Absolutely no complaints about anything so far. The battery power is good and everything works perfectly. I'm considering a reconditioned phone when mine needs replacing. I was always a bit dubious about secondhand phones, but this has changed my mind.

I bought an IPhone 15 in fair condition. The phone came two days later. It is really good, and looks extremely brand new for fair condition. It exceeded my expectations. I had no issues with shipping and delivery; everything went smoothly. The battery life is very good and lasts very long.

I got the ultra for £733 at excellent condition! Thought it was gonna come in another packaging because it was "refurbished". but when it arrived, it was brand new, in it's original box! Like, I still got an unbox experience. Everything is functioning really well so far, will have to see months down the line confirm it's consistency but overall, I'm loving it!🙌🏻
