The display sensitivity leaves a little to be desired. Most of the time it takes 2-3 swipes instead of one ;-) One side of the headphones is "dead". The processing through you was great and the delivery time too. I would use BackMarket again. Thank you!

Mala, why I still haven't received my order and it is still being handled by customs in Spain whose request for documentation is always delaying their response.

So far everything has been perfect, both in terms of delivery time and the product received, which meets my expectations.

Super fast delivery, but the phone seems to be a bit buggy on several applications, for example the touch doesn't always react very well (if at all) either on the keyboard or on the screen when you need to click somewhere. I also can't find the NFC option. Camera: poor colour quality, light e.g. impossible to take a selfie outside if the sun isn't directly on my face because you can't see anything, very dark/ generally speaking. For the price, it's still a phone

Service and delivery was great. Unfortunately, the mobile phone is very poor, terribly slow. But they can't do anything about that.

Service great; unfortunately, ZTE only worked for 3 weeks, which is a shame. But the refund and return worked well.
