Hello I've been using Back Market for over 6 years and I've never used it. The phone works very well, just maybe the sound isn't so great - a continuous hissing noise as soon as I activate the sound, but it's not serious - maybe it's normal. Thank you

I miss some of the features I had with the Huawei P20, but otherwise very nice drinking, nice colours, quality photos, good sound. Just the screen is less tactile than the old phone. Otherwise, it's good nonetheless.

The 1st phone delivered had a fault, the bluetooth didn't work. Customer service was reactive, I sent it back and 1 week later I received a new one which worked perfectly, so I'm delighted with my purchase.

Perfect condition. Supplied complete with original box and charger. The battery holds the charge well. You put the sim on and it works straight away. Nothing to complain about. Jump for transport, DHL disaster, they do not warn you of the delivery and then they dump the package 40 km from home. It's not the first time. You need to change carrier, like dpd.

It's a gift. Person who I offered this device very satisfied, it seems to work very well. The battery charges quite quickly, the photo quality is good, not perfect but good. Hoping it will work for a long time
