Smartphone dysfonctionnel après une bonne semaine d'utilisation et 1 réinitialisation : le téléphone redémarre tout seul, bugs à l'affichage très fréquents, lors des appels... Les pannes se multiplient au fil des jours. Depuis que j'ai voulu utiliser ma carte SD, que le terminal m'a demandé de faire un formatage pour pouvoir l'utiliser comme mémoire 2ndaire, je ne peux plus m'en servir (plus reconnue et espace disque de 32Go diminué à 16Mo ; pas de possibilités de réparation). Bref, je suis encore tombée sur un produit défectueux... J'ai engagé une procédure de reprise avec le reconditionneur.
