Hello I received the product I requested with a considerable delay. The purchase is nowhere near as good as the price and service you advertised. It is a shoddy phone with a battery that was practically picked up in some illegal dump. Then the customer service is absolutely pitiful (in theory it should satisfy the customer, in practice it sounds like a drug dealer with police paranoia). The site is not up to the standards of a Zimbabwean squatter's market. Basically, I will use every spare moment of my remaining existence to shout to the four winds my considerable nausea and vomitous disgust about your service. Thank you kindly in the hope of your immediate and thoroughly deserved implosion.

Back market service is ideal. However the phone doesn't really suit me. The screen colours are too cold and there is no basic Android application for photos and calendar for example. Everything is linked to Google. I should have known better.

Etat du produit irréprochable, toutefois : le guide livré ne correspond pas à la marque du téléphone, backmarket donne accès à une application (iphone ! alors que j'ai acheté une autre marque) pour tester son produit : autant dire on fait confiance au revendeur et à l'utilisateur pour tester). Il manque un petit guide de mise en service ou un lien vers la fiche du produit sur le site de la marque.
