Despite a lost parcel, and after waiting 3 weeks, I finally received my phone. The after-sales service is very responsive, and answers every question. It's the first time I've had a problem with BM, but they've made up for it (even if the second time it took another day).

I had to return my WIKO Lenny 5 16GB for a refund. It was not compatible with my SIM card. and problem with touch screen Sincerely

Der Kundensupport ist 1A! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, schnelle Rückmeldung - so wie man es sich wünscht! Die Auftragsabwicklung war ebenfalls unkompliziert! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und werde sicherlich nochmal hier einkaufen.

Bonsoir. Je ne peux vous donner des nouvelles car il ne fonctionne pas ....c'était un cadeau et lorsque je l'ai offert, impossible de l'allumer !!! Il est donc retourné chez le fournisseur, qui m'a dit que la batterie était HS, soit disant que le contrôle avait été effectué au préalable ... Cela concerne le fait qu'il est IMPOSSIBLE d'envoyer un message à BackMarket quand on est mécontent : il n'y a pas d'adresse contact possible. Or, depuis près d'un an je demande l'annulation de l'assurance.
