Soundboks Gen 2 Bluetooth Speakers - Black

I was sold a second-generation Soundboks in "very good" condition, but although backmarket is a supposedly refurbished shop, this product was obviously not even inspected. The charger is missing, which is a special one that you can't just buy anywhere, and the battery is also defective. I was able to test this by borrowing a friend's original power supply unit.I had to keep reminding and urging people that I had been sold a defective device and that I wanted my money back, and I received very irregular and often no reply. After ages, I was then issued a return slip, which I couldn't use because the shipping weight was only 2.1 kilos and the package weighed 20 kg according to Soundbok's website.last week, on 03.01. backmarket set itself a deadline and said that if there was no solution by 05.01.2024, I would get my money back immediately. However, 5 days later, i.e. yesterday, I was informed in the afternoon with many spelling mistakes that someone would probably come by very spontaneously today, on 10 October, and pick up this jukebox. But as I have a normal 40-hour week and am at work between 12 noon and 3 pm, I can't spontaneously get the packaging material or print out the returns note. But the icing on the cake is that the returns note is wrong again! According to Soundboks, the dimensions and weight of the parcel are as follows: Height of the package (cm) 52, length of the package (cm) 80, weight of the package (kg) 20, width of the package (cm) 38, weight 20 kg and on the return note are the following values: 0.73m x 0.59m x 0.4m, 18.400 kg
