The sound is not very powerful

I'm not totally satisfied with this product, which was sold as being in very good condition, meaning that there were invisible micro-scratches at less than 20cm. But what about the trace of fluorescent marker (which looks like marker in any case)? Which is clearly visible? As far as the product's working order is concerned, I have nothing to complain about after a few days' use. The sound bar does its job, but I'm still puzzled by the visual state, as I wasn't expecting such a defect. I'd give it a score of 4/5 because I'm primarily concerned with the quality of the product in use, but that's not all that counts.
