Everything went well. The only minor problem was a stain on the console. Otherwise perfect

First of all, I'm very pleased with the very short delivery time and the product packaging, which was very tidy. After that, this is my first PS4 pro, so maybe what I'm about to say is normal, but it was blowing a lot when the games were pumping out a bit more power (sometimes just by being in the menu). I was a bit disappointed to see afterwards that it didn't look like it had been cleaned (USB ports and radiator, although nothing serious) and that some of the thermal pads were in pretty poor condition. Apart from that, it's largely functional and in good general condition, so thank you!
