Sony MDR-AS400EX Earbud Earphones - Black

Technically, the earphones are super-mega-prima, great sound !!! Delivery was also prompt and without any problems. But: they smelled very strongly of perfume (extremely strong) - despite my attempts at cleaning and washing up, I couldn't get rid of the beguiling scent - so I left them lying around for a while without using them ... When I went to use them, I was disappointed to find that there was no adapter for my iPhone - or even any indication that an adapter was needed, even though these headphones were labelled as compatible with my iPhone. When I was finally able to use them (fragrance reduced to a tolerable level, adapter bought - it took me quite a long time to do this and so I didn't send them back because they had been with me for so long...), I enjoyed the sound for about 1 hour and then had an unpleasant skin reaction. This put me off using them again .... I was allergic to something - but my children are now using the earphones - enjoying the sound and not getting a rash In the end, it was okay - but not what I had hoped for.
