My Mister cook connect arrived very dirty !!! It works fine. I think the minimum is to send a clean product.

The product arrived dirty, dented and above all with the electrical socket ruined and therefore not working!!! Unbelievable, clearly the item was not checked before it was put up for sale and this is not good.

First time ordering on backmarket and it will be the last because I ordered the Mr kitchen connect. Perfect delivery, parcel in good condition, no holes or anything but what a surprise when I opened it. The screen is completely broken, the device is wrapped in bubble wrap only! Lack of professionalism from the seller to protect the device knowing that the deliverymen don't care about the handling of the parcels by throwing them in their lorry. As far as I'm concerned, I'm asking for a full refund and I'd rather go and buy it in a second-hand shop, which is also much cheaper and comes with a 24-month warranty, free of charge. (50€ cheaper)
