Very very satisfied in every way. The choice and the prices already made me choose BackMarket, but the delivery was also super fast and meticulous. They provided me with everything I needed to get my phone back, which was deducted from the price - really very professional! And as for the robot hoover, I'm won over, it's efficient, programmable and perfectly new, whereas a reconditioned one, I wonder how I waited so long before taking the plunge. Thank you

nothing to say about the hoover, but the delivery was zero because we waited all day and the deliveryman never came and dropped it off at a relay point, and the same goes for the connected watch. I don't know if I'll continue to order from back market, so thank you for taking this into account.
