Could not detect that it was not new, all was packed like YouTube unboxing so I suspect it was new, machine is perfect does its work very good, for now only once got stuck on the part where it goes from parquet to linoleum, but I fixed that with a small 3D printed ramp.

It's perfect. I hesitated for a long time before buying a robot hoover. What a shame! I should have made the investment long before. I have 2 cats and I use it every other day. The amount of hair it catches is mind-boggling! I was a bit sceptical about the mop function. It also dispelled a common misconception. It doesn't replace regular cleaning, but it does mean you can space out the cleaning and still have a clean house. The quality of the appliance is perfect. It looked like a new one...

The robot hoover is doing well at the moment, but it arrived with a lot of signs of use and had not been cleaned properly. There were traces of dirt on various parts of the device, even dust accumulated and I had to clean it. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase and the value for money.

After ten days or so, I'm happy with it! I did have to unblock the pipes because the dirty water stopped draining out, but after that it was back to normal.

very good, just at the end of the cycle, when it snakes around and returns to its base, there's a loud noise coming from the control unit, so you have to unplug it to turn the noise off.
