The phone I ordered was delivered on time, good communication, the condition was beyond my expectation, it looked almost new. Good value for money. I have bought my second phone and hope the experience will be good. Thank you seller.

The phone arrived well packaged and as described. It was for my wife. I charged it fully and transferred everything across from her old Samsung and everything seemed great. Next day she used it as a phone for the fist time. It didn’t work. On a normal call, it was as though the ear speaker and microphone were disconnected. Switching to “speaker mode - it was fine. Using a 3.5mm headset was fine.It just didn’t work in normal phone mode. I tried to contact Bach Market but had an unhelpful automated response. In the meantime my wife (who likes playing Spotify over external plug in speakers) had been using it. She then realised it was actually working properly after dirt had come out of the 3.5mm socket. It is still working and so we are persevering with it. Perhaps reconditioning should include cleaning the sockets- so I am now a bit wary about using Back Market products again.

Phone arrived quickly, really well packaged, complete with a brand new charging lead and still with some of the protective film on. Really happy with yet another purchase from Back Market. Why anyone would buy brand new when refurbished/returned is such a massive saving and so much better for the environment to boot! Now if I could just get my wife to stop dropping her phone.......

excellent condition, barely any scratches or dents battery life seems good and everything is beautiful in quality was a perfect gift for a friend who absolutely loves the camera quality and the phone size in general

Don't want to leave a bad review because, generally, service received has been good. However whilst the phone looks perfect, and generally everything else works fine, the keyboard has issues - area to bottom left "sticks" and it is really difficult to select the required letters in that area without several presses which have to be quite hard.Suggesstions
