battery is not good

Phone was clean and deliver quickly, but stopped working after 2 months, it was returned and but 2 weeks later, only the postage has been refunded. Back Market works OK but will not use TMG Recycling Solutions again as they can get their PayPal account to work properly or respond in a timely manner, no longer sure BackMarket is helping with the refund.

My rating, as requested by Back Market (good or bad) is based on the following criteria Did the phone arrive on time – Yes. Was it in mint condition as advertised – Yes. Did it work correctly – No, it repeatably dropped the wifi. My other devices were stable. Was it the correct phone - No. I only found out it was a 32GB not the 64GB that I had paid for when I was half way through setting it up and looked in settings to see how much memory was used. Did I need to take photos of the device and send to the supplier - Yes Did I have to rewrap, request a free return label, print it off, cut to size and take the device to the post office – Yes. Did I get my money back within two weeks of ordering the phone - No. Did I get my money back within 7 days of confirmation of receipt at the supplier – No. Do I need to do a chargeback on my visa – I hope not Am I a satisfied customer? Would you be? I’ve no doubt that buying used phones on the internet can work for some people. Maybe I was just unlucky in getting a phone that dropped the internet and was not the one I ordered, but the lesson has been learnt. If I had bought local, the mistake would have been dealt with within a day and I would have had either a replacement phone or my money back two weeks ago. I've also edited the rating as it was giving a good 3.5 when it was the wrong phone and didn't work.

A like new phone,- no marks, no scratches, at a fraction of the cost. No problems whatsoever.

Phone didn't come unlocked and took a month to resolve with you and left an epileptic single mother not long out of intensive care no mobile for a month. Then once finally working it's clear the phone was water damaged before you fixed it - the camera shakes and makes water logged noises n when texting etc sometimes just a total mind of its own. Phone also takes all day to charge rarely ever making full charge and likes to turn itself off at any moment.. especially during important phone
