Absolutely amazing came way before the delivery estimation the only thing I would say is Royal mail left it on my doorstep. They didn’t even ring my doorbell. They just left it on the floor but other than that amazing the phone is amazing amazing condition amazing customer service overall so excited brought us a birthday present.

Good phone no complains

Delighted with the phone but the supplied power lead had the wrong size plug. Not a great problem because I already have the correct sized one.

I have never bought my phones 2nd hand (refurbed) before, but with the current price hikes in everyday living I thought I'd give this a go. The phone arrived 24hr early, so was impressed. When i took the phone out of the packaging I couldn't believe that this was a refurbed phone, it was pristine, the screen was unblemished & the back not 1 little scratch or any indication this had been used before. The only critiscm I had was that what I believed to be the SIM drawer my SIM wouldn't fit in, I even went so far to ring my SIM provider to make sure they had sent the correct size SIM, I then started filling in the forms to send the phone back & wiped my dirty paw prints from the phone I found another opening & to my relief was the intended SIM drawer. Yahoo. I have had no problems with the phone & everything is going well. Maybe it's this model but it does run a little slow when loading the internet & the sound isn't very loud. Little picky things that I am happy to put up with. Highly Recommend this site. Thank you BackStreet
